staff was unnecessarily rude, the "yell at your face" rude, from the minute we rolled down our window. he half-yelled complaining about how the registration through traveloka was different and bothersome. what? it was our first time using bumame and frankly as a customer, we don't really care about the procedure/SOP behind the desk? like, he could've simply assisted us step by step in a calm and professional manner, or idk sent someone else more civilized if he didn't bother to deal with us?
he was half yelling all the way. it was stressful. didn't make sense if he wanted to rush us, cos the drive-thru queue at the time was normal, not that long and hectic.
