We had a good overall experience, highlighted by unique activity concepts that stand out compared to similar venues abroad. The station staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, keep in mind that there may be a language barrier if your child does not speak Bahasa Indonesia. Additionally, while the facilities are generally clean, they are slightly rundown. Our biggest frustration was the rigid ticket policy; we were not allowed to upgrade our tickets once inside. We weren't informed of this restriction beforehand and felt pressured to buy brand-new tickets when we changed our minds. If you visit on a Friday, we highly recommend arriving early to beat the afternoon crowds at the popular stations.
