All the Kidzania staff were very friendly and helpful, from the ticket counter to the exit. While it's a shame I only got to experience three professions in my four-hour playtime due to the long queues, each session was incredibly enjoyable and quite memorable.

in my experience during the holiday, it was crowded and no security around. it was so hard to find the staff or security stand by there. the photos that you guys took inside the playing area only found 1 good pictures out of 100photos taken?? please have senses to take good pictures. tbh, I was felt risky to put my daughter went inside to some of the play job that restricted to the parents, and have no camera outside we can watch what they were doing inside. i think it is better if your kids coming play together there.

It's more suitable for bringing children over 4 years old, as each profession has a briefing session to introduce roles and job descriptions. But if you're curious, at least children under 2 years old are better educated about various types of professions.

It's better to go during the low season because the queues are smaller so you have the opportunity to try all the jobs.
