Over the years, the level of quality maintenance has gone down. It was not as neat as it used to be. But overall, still okay as an option for kids' amusement in Jakarta.

My visit with my child on October 8th was less than satisfactory due to the overloaded conditions of the facility due to the large number of school groups. As a regular visitor (bringing an individual child), my child had a hard time getting a chance to participate in various play activities because the queues were dominated by large school groups. Furthermore, some staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly, which was most likely due to the excessive workload that day. Feedback for management: We request that KidZania management be more prudent in setting daily visitor quotas or limiting the number of school groups on the same day. This will ensure that children who come independently or with their families still have a fair opportunity to enjoy the facilities and do not feel disadvantaged. Hopefully, this can be evaluated for better service in the future.

My nephews really enjoy participating in activities at KidZania because they learn a lot of new things.

We all enjoyed the whole day. Not only kids! This time adults could experience with kids, so it was more fun!!! We were with 2 other families, and it was a big group. However, we managed to play many kinds of games together, and it was a memorable day for the kids.

So much fun! We will be back for sure. My kids really had fun playing and interacting in KidZania.
