The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Playing at Cocoland Plaza Medan Fair (Carefour) in Medan was quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly and quick to help with any game issues. However, the ticketing staff was a bit unfriendly and rude. The game facilities were quite diverse and varied. However, the lake seemed a little under-watered, making it difficult to paddle. It seemed like even two hours of play felt short here.

Buying tickets from traveloka is actually more practical, cheaper. But we still have to queue also to show the ticket purchase code.

The playground is fun, kids love it. But there are still not many choices of games for guarding the sampan rides too, so you have to pay attention to your own children.

I went there with my son and husband, the place was to crowded. Need more staff to observe and some of the facilities was broken but over all are not bad.
