first got there and showed the traveloka voucher, the cashier said "the payment is only cash here" my voucher was rejected. I insisted, I asked if I couldn't, wong, it was clear there was the address of the appropriate place to play, if it couldn't be other than cash, it shouldn't be able to be purchased on other platforms. because I was adamant, finally the cashier called another officer who I assumed was his superior, finally after checking he was a little less fast, it worked too, the voucher could be redeemed and the little boy got an entrance ticket bracelet. a bit emotionally draining too when at the beginning my voucher was easily rejected
