Many of the toys are outdated, please improve the facilities, okay?

I've been to Kidzoona many times. It's really fun. It's really cheap and not too crowded. I always buy it when there's a promotion.

Many of the toys were incomplete and damaged. The costume clothes were dirty and almost black. There were so many up-sells that they even had to pay to dye them.

It's quite cheap for a complete playground.

It's nice to go to Kidzoona on a weekday so it's not too crowded. The place is quite nice, although not as big as the one at PIM, hehe. Overall, it's good for comfort, and the staff are all friendly.

The place is always clean and tidy by the staff, there is time for dancing and challenges, and the atmosphere is fun to play.

The play area is comfortable for children, there are quite a lot of games, the staff at the location are very friendly and the ticket exchange process is easy and fast, a fun experience for children.

The playground isn't very large, but it's big enough for kids to play for two hours. The games are more geared towards toddlers. Buying tickets through the app is much cheaper than buying them on-site :)

Overall it is good, suitable for toddlers and really fun.
