I'm waiting more than 20 minutes for ticket redemption, the staff said on their computer didn't have top up directly with amount IDR 150,000, there only IDR 50,000 & 100,000. I don't know what exactly the issue is, but i need to waiting more than 20 min to waiting the staff going to looking for other staff and waiting again for their manager to reconfirmed again to traveloka.
