If you come here on Sunday, you will see lots of children playing, lots of tired staff, lots of hourly performances from the staff, and the mall's air conditioning is not cold.

Sundays are incredibly crowded. The staff looks exhausted with so many kids playing. Plus, the mall's air conditioning isn't cool enough. So don't come on Sundays.

Alhamdulillah, it's really fun to be here. The voucher exchange process is very easy, just redeem it in front of the staff. After that, you can go straight in and get the locker key. You can play as much as you like, you can go back and forth if you want to pray, eat, etc., as long as it's not closed. Fun, right? The only downside is that there's no charger provided. Sometimes we forget to bring a charger, even though we use our phones all day to document our children while they play. It's really a hassle. Hopefully, in the future, they will provide chargers that can be loaned to customers in case of emergencies, such as forgetting to bring a charger. The staff are friendly. That's the only downside. Hopefully, this can be a valuable input. Thank you.

My child was playing in the toy area when suddenly a crew member came over and grabbed the toy my child was holding and took it away. She explained that it was a shift change and had to clean up. Is that the standard operating procedure for changing shifts? 😅 Very funny.

It's so much fun to bring your little ones here. There are plenty of play areas to explore, so kids can play freely while learning and trying various activities. The place is also quite charming and keeps kids engaged. The most rewarding thing is seeing your little ones enthusiastically trying out each game 😆❤️ Even though it's tiring to accompany them everywhere, it's so worth it to see them happy.
