Amazed with super friendly staff. We left our pre-teen girls with the staff, and they helped to make sure that these girls would be safe and comfortable during their play time.

Originally booked this to celebrate a birthday, because my child likes quite active activities. And because it's also a way to unwind, it's really fun. I came with 2 adults, and we could play everything without any restrictions. For those who are confused about bringing a lot of luggage, it's no problem because there are lockers for 10,000 IDR/hour. For socks, they also require anti-slip socks to prevent slipping. If you don't have one, you can buy them for 25,000 IDR/person, so there's no problem coming empty-handed! The staff are also friendly and really fun!! When we were playing, it seems like there was an event going on? We were approached to play rock, paper, scissors and given gacha coupons by the staff, they were really fun! Then we both got a key caps keychain & a popmart blind box (it was the ultimate prize apparently). So it was such a very fun experience, thank you superpark!!

I came on a weekday, it was really quiet, it was nice to play without queuing, the staff were super helpful, redeeming vouchers was easy, but you have to wear anti-slip socks!

Take the 3 hour one, if the 2 hour one seems too tight. It's fun to play with the family.

It's really fun, suitable for a dating place, but it's really tiring for adults.
