It's a lot of fun playing here. The staff is very friendly and communicative in explaining everything. They're very friendly and patient with young children. Redeeming through the app is also very easy and fast.

Great day out for the kids. Most of the staff could speak English, so no issues there. Be aware that the toddler ticket is limited to just the play area, so it's best to buy them a child ticket if you want them to be involved in the activities like firefighting, noodle making, etc.

It was quite exciting, only the arena closing time was too early at 4:45 PM.

A great place to spend your kids' school holidays. There are plenty of rides, some of which have age restrictions.

Toddler tickets are restricted to certain activities. If your toddler is quite independent, then I'd suggest getting the child ticket so they can be in more activities.

It's quite comfortable to be in the play area with your little one, visiting on weekdays turns out to be quite crowded because there are many groups of elementary school children from out of town.. but it's quite economical if you use the ticket promo on the app because you can order a half-day package starting at 12 noon.. not all games can be accompanied by parents, maybe also consider some game booths that are more popular with children than others.. it's just that yesterday I didn't have the chance to ask what the function of collecting points on the card is for, whether they can be exchanged for merchandise or are there points used in certain areas or what..

The first experience for the children to play at Kidzania, they really liked it, learning while playing.. The children understood how a profession works, how to work, and most importantly, the children had an experience that they will definitely not forget..
