I've been to kidzania jakarta, and it turns out that surabaya is smaller so there are fewer games. unfortunately it's already closed in the afternoon, so I wasn't satisfied playing. overall the kids really enjoyed it, they were very satisfied, playing from opening hours until closing time being looked after by the employees, it didn't feel like it, and there were some games that they hadn't tried. but the fun thing in surabaya is that teens can join in. if it were in jakarta, even parents would be embarrassed to play, all the kids hwaa... let's expand kidzania surabaya.... want to go in again.... btw, in the last hour one of my kids lost his passport. I've looked everywhere but it's not there, until he went down to the parking lot (because he got off at the mall) he still couldn't find it, between giving up and being nervous, but hoping to find it. eh when I was about to go home because it was closed, I asked immigration to come out, because I thought I saw the cover of jakarta hanging there, it turned out to be true, I found it. Hurray it didn't disappear... Thank you for those who found it and reported it to the officers.

It's really fun, there are lots of games, but you have to come a bit early to be able to play them all. But for some games, the queue is really long and it takes quite a bit of time.

First time at Kidzlandia, basically it is a nice place to introduce professions for our children. The staff are very helpful in explaining. Good experience and the place is quite clean.

The ticket exchange process through app purchases is very easy and fast, the staff is very friendly and provides very detailed explanations, the room facilities for adults waiting for children to play should be improved and added.

The price is cheaper than buying at the counter. Facilities that we got are the same with what we buy at the counter. Very recommended to buy at the app.

second time here, everything is fun and enjoyable. parents can join in playing, just forgot that buying a toddler ticket is actually a loss because the toddler wants to join in playing profession but can't. finally upgraded

The place is cool... When you enter there, it's like visiting a small town in a mall... It's really fun, and a must try...

It's great to play here, it won't be finished in one day... at least 2 days... Next time it will be scheduled again, there are still many places that haven't been visited.

Actually the facilities are very good. but not ready to receive many visitors. I queued up to 4 times in front of the indomie maker. but always when I wanted to enter, I was preceded by someone who booked a name. this is not only in 1 facility, in other popular places too.

The experience at Kidzania Surabaya was very enjoyable!! Starting from the friendly staff who always serve well, the workplace is also very large and fun, I highly recommend Kidzania Surabaya as a place to have fun with friends and family.
