the staff is friendly, exchanging tickets from traveloka is also easy, the ticket price at traveloka is much cheaper.. the location is clean, neat, the staff keeps going around to tidy up scattered items, so it's safe for small children to go around without fear of stepping on small objects.. hopefully there can be more tickets that can be purchased at traveloka.. kidzlandia grandwis for example.. heheh
