The staff is friendly, some of the play facilities need to be replaced with new ones or new games can be added and more promotions can be offered.

The ticket exchange process was fast, the staff were friendly and helpful, only some of the ACs were not working and some were working but it didn't feel cold.

The only thing that's a shame is that the AC isn't cold enough for the mall, so when it's crowded it can feel a bit hot. Everything else is okay.

Buying in bulk makes you think twice because you should exchange them all for a buy 2 get 1 free deal. If you have one child, it's better not to buy this package.
