The place is okay, but because it is school holidays it is very crowded and some of the facilities are less than optimal.

Everything is good, the facilities are okay. I've been to Tropicana twice.

Arriving in the morning, it was already quite crowded. When I asked the attendant if I wanted to exchange my entry ticket (scan the barcode), I was directed to the regular ticket counter. After queuing there, I scanned the barcode in another line, and then moved on. The place is quite nice, with four pool types: adult, lazy river, small pool, and small indoor pool. The queue for food and drinks is quite long. It's recommended to visit here only on weekdays, as weekends get really crowded later in the day.

There are lots of rides so the kids are happy and don't get bored quickly.

Friendly staff, quite complete facilities. Safe for children. Everything is well maintained. Even though I arrived at 12 noon, it didn't feel as hot as I expected. Even though I arrived in broad daylight, the air felt cool and the pool was comfortable. However, unfortunately, to rent a tire you have to use cash and at that time I didn't have cash with me, so I didn't rent a tire. It's a real shame. My suggestion is that every storage and tire rental place should provide payment using QRIS to make it easier for visitors ☺️
