The place and games are quite nice and clean. However, the ticket redemption process took a bit of time yesterday, as I had to queue for two people (especially if there were more). I arrived around 8 p.m. on a quiet weekday, so my kids could play comfortably without many visitors. There's a waiting area and a snack menu too. Overall, it's okay.

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean.

The playground isn't very large, but it's convenient for the babysitters, who don't have to run around hectically because it's not too big. The toys are still new, and there's a hangout spot for parents too. It's just not very complete, like there's no sandpit or roleplay area. But overall, it's okay.

It turns out you can't use the Master game balance anymore :( but overall the place is clean and spacious

Fast ticket exchange process, friendly staff. The facilities are really good, the playgroup is good, not too crowded so it's comfortable to play, will come here again.

The service is really great, the playing area is spacious and complete, there is also an extraordinary cafe.
