My family and I ordered tickets by Traveloka with a 3-hour playtime. When we entered the ride at around 11:00. However, at 13:00 we were declared finished playing with the count of the ride guard at 3 hours.
We protested and invited a discussion regarding the difference of opinion about 3 hours. The guard stuck to his guidelines of 3 hours from 11:00 to 13:00.
Whereas in basic calculations, 3 hours start from 11:00 and end at 14:00
This is really unpleasant.
