From my ticket exchange experience, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The waiting room was comfortable. The play area was always cleaned. The staff ran competitions and activities for children. The security at the entrance and exit was excellent. My nephew, who is already grown and independent, wanted to go to the restroom but wasn't allowed to because he needed a companion, lest he get lost. Thank you 🙏

The rides are still kept clean, but hand sanitizer isn't readily available elsewhere. For example, other Kidzoona attractions have plenty of hand sanitizer everywhere, so it's still safe. And coffee is available in the waiting area, as is the case at Kidzoona TSM.

This was my first time bringing my kids here. I liked that I could bring in outside food and drinks. There were plenty of toys to choose from. My kids loved playing. The only thing was that one employee wasn't very friendly when reprimanding my kids. They reprimanded my 4-year-old as if she already understood. Otherwise, it was fine.

It's fun, with lots of games and general knowledge, and you can learn all sorts of things. There's also a sandpit. The games are really fun, and the kids really enjoy it.

Games are very good for children, especially sensory games that make children more creative.

Ticket exchange is very fast, the staff is friendly, and the toys are always clean and safe for children. I've been to Kidzooona several times and it's always a great experience.

The place is nice, there is a special area for parents to wait and eat, and they can charge their phones too.

I was really satisfied playing here, the toys are varied, the best part is that there are lots of chairs provided for parents to sit while watching their children play.

My child loves playing at Kidzoona, ordering on the Traveloka app is cheaper than buying directly.
