Even though I bought tickets online, I still had to wait in line for a long time at Alpine Coaster 3. It should be rearranged to make it more convenient for customers, especially for customers with small children. Everything else is great.

Buying tickets is very fast. When you get there, you need to queue to exchange tickets. There is a staff to guide you, but I don't think it's really necessary.

I thought I could use it right away after buying it, but I still had to go to the counter to exchange the ticket. It took a bit of time.

The game was ok but in the afternoon we took some photos but when we checked later there were no photos. When we came back in the afternoon, we only had 2 photos, while everyone else had 3, it was hard to choose a favorite :)))

Cable car Counter is struggling to redeem the tickets. It was very slow, i even caused a long queue behind me waiting for staff to redeem the tickets. For alpine coaster, redemption process is okay.

The road is long so it is very interesting. However, when you get there, you still need to exchange the voucher for a ticket to enter the gate, you cannot just show the voucher and enter immediately.

Getting tickets took quite a while because I saw the staff had to fill in the information manually even though there was a QR code. Waiting for the bus was quite fast, the slide was fun and the scenery was beautiful and cool.

Very fun. Overall, it's worth the experience. You should buy a ticket for 2400m of skiing. 1200m is just for fun, not great :))))

The staff—both at the upper entrance gate and later at the second checkpoint—kept insisting that my ticket was only valid for entrance and that I had to walk to the waterfall. What the hell? They didn’t speak English, and even though I used Google Translate to explain that I bought the coaster ticket specifically for the coaster experience, I had to repeat myself several times. After a long and frustrating explanation, a female staff member at the second gate finally gave me my coaster ticket. Seriously, the staff were unfriendly and it honestly felt like they were trying to cheat me. Imagine if I had just said “yes” like they wanted—I would’ve missed out on the coaster ride and completely wasted my money and experience. I also saw other foreign tourists looking confused, so clearly I wasn’t the only one.

Waterfall sliding is fun but many of the staff here have really bad attitudes 😀😀😀 The security guards sit and scrutinize the customers, and the person on duty to unlock the doors for the customers when the slide returns talks and bullies????????

It was very exciting, the rides were very satisfying.
