All staff, from the front office to cleaning staff, and lifeguards, are friendly and helpful. The Olympic-sized pool is perfect for training. The changing rooms are regularly cleaned and hair dryers are provided. Suggestion: Perhaps the lifeguards could help educate visitors when the pool is crowded. Lane usage rules are actually posted on the changing room door, so they could be reminded.

Taking the family swimming at Kyzn is quite fun, even though the price is a bit premium, the atmosphere is not too noisy, the pool is clean, and the facilities are complete.

Everything was actually okay, there was only one thing that made me give the rating 2. This was actually at the end of the activity, the parking ticket officer, when I first entered, I pressed the button to issue a ticket, but I waited 15 seconds, but the ticket didn't appear, the gate had already opened, so I didn't really pay attention. When I left, I had prepared my e-money for payment, she asked for my ticket and I explained that I didn't get a ticket, but her facial expression and tone were very uncomfortable. "Miss, did you press the button?" "I pressed it, but the ticket didn't come out." "Yes, if you press it, the ticket comes out, Miss." (In my heart, why is she asking me why the ticket didn't come out?) The place is comfortable, you can play padel while taking the kids swimming, the pool is safe with lots of guards and the pool is very spacious, there is a sauna too, the best.
