Shopping in Gotemba is too little

We had a great time on this tour. Very organized and the tour guide was very nice.

Traveloka really provides a solution, the pick-up point is very easy, the tour guide is very helpful, helpful, polite, the service is great, the driver is very polite, overall, very good, and very recommended

Did not travel as reported First, stop by the outlet first Instead of going to Fuji Time to visit the outlet is only 1 hour. Take to the temple and take a rest. Eat expensive and not tasty food.

Trip to mount fuji, oshino and gotemba were gratefully, I am and family are happy, but at that time the way to my fuji closed caused the snow falldown so we can't reach to st 5 mt fuji, but overall we all happy and beautiful prefectural place, maybe in the next trip, thank to traveloka, could I suggest, traveloka should give the new information about meeting point, because the meeting point wasn't at VIP lounge again, but move to Shinjuku LOVE sign office building also need walk from VIP lounge

Easy to locate the Shinjuku VIP Lounge. But note that it's not the pickup point. Staff at the lounge will direct you to the right location which was also easy to find. Overall experience was great. We didn't feel very rushed. English guide was very friendly.

The bus is on time, the guide is ok, the bus is comfortable, the driver is ok! only a very short time in gotemba outlets, if the time is added surely can be more satisfied shopping hehehe

The tour guide is very helpful. She waited for us that get lost in shinjuku with two kids. We are very thankful for this and very sorry to cause the late departure.

Sangat rekomended, apalagi ada outletnya. Sayangnya waktu belanja cuma sebentar

Sangat cocok jika tidak ingin berpindah-pindah kereta. Tapi sayang waktu ikut trip cuaca tidak mendukung, jadi tidak mendapat view gunung fuji. Mungkin waktu di gotemba jg bisa ditambah.

The weather is great, we could see mt. Fuji from the beginning till the end of the tour. The tour guide also helpful.

Waktu datang sayangnya gunung fuji tertutup salju tapi tur guidenya cukup baik dalam mengabari kapan memfoto gunung fuji dan turnya dipindah ke ku fuji sengen

Overall the tour is good, but the only problem is for the meeting point at vip lounge. Maybe the place can be more detail to explain, it's take time to find the place just only depend the details that you write since too many the same drug store near vip lounge. You can wrote the building name for example and etc. The minute to visit the gotenba can be more longer is good I think, sooo we not in a rush to shopping.

Terlepas dari cuaca yang tidak mendukung, hujan sepanjang perjalanan, tidak bisa lihat gunung fuji. Tour leader kurang interaktif dengan peserta, tidak mendampingi saat tour. Lalu saat di gotemba. bis tiba tiba menghilang, memang belum waktu berkumpul tapi yang ingin ke bis duluan jadi harus nunggu bis di parkiran dalam kondisi hujan. Tour leadernya bagus berbahasa inggris, mudah dimengerti.

We werent able to use the tour since the direction of the meeting place wasn't clear enough, thus we missed our schedule.
