Horrible service from the tour operator, not organize staff, one of the itinerary tour has cancelled they supposed to have an alternative tour. I have been waiting for so long until I called up the tour operator. If I don't have initiative to call they will just let u stay there doing nothing. When I called up they told me I am the one who need to tell the driver where to go, in fact I am on my vacation and I expecting somebody to guide me to explore the place. That is why I choose tour packages.
