The tour guide was very communicative and good in English. The car is clean, the driver is good, and driving carefully. Ba Na Hills is an awesome tour, it's very crowded, but our guide has a good experience, so it's just like a fast track ticket, we didn't need to wait too long for the cable car, lunch, and other attractions.

1.5 million/person including lunch buffet. But at 11:20 the group arrived and all the seafood was gone and there was no replenishment. The food was terrible.

Even though we went on a weekday, it was quite crowded. However, with advice from our tour guide and the package that we had chosen, we spent a wonderful time at Ba Na Hills, examining the beauty of the landscape though cable car rides and strolls along le jardin d'amour, the Golden Bridge and the French Village. It was an amazing experience overall.

Great experience ever! 😆 You should try alpine coaster, golden bridge, and cable car.

My family went at the end of January, the weather at Ba Na was beautiful and cool, the tour guide was enthusiastic, the lunch buffet had a variety of dishes, everyone was full.

We visited Ba Na Hill during raining season. Despite not able to see 50% of what the view and activities could offer, we had a good time. The tour guide, Thao, was friendly, excellent communication, managing time and the group very well, providing great information and tips.

Had a great time. Clear itinerary and lots of things to do there. Went for roller coaster ride and wax museum. If you don't want to do any rides, you can just chill, stroll around, and enjoy the foods and drinks. I'd recommend to get the VIP pass (less queue!).

Hdv ok. Tour service is ok. Food is ok. The only thing is that there are too many customers, long queues and it's hot. Let me tell you, I probably won't go again.

the food is delicious, but for muslims need to be careful because there is a lot of pork. ba na hills is very beautiful, must visit lah! for the service from the tour guide is just ordinary. but this tour is quite cheap

great experience, the tour started with bus, and then cable car, next train, finally another cable car. Many beautiful spots to take photos. There is a cheap self riding roller coaster which ends to amusement park. The free lunch has many choices but the queue was terrible.
