The staff were exceptional and the driver was very good too. Some interesting places to see on the way around like the War Museum, the Palace.

The app accepts booking tickets and has received my money transfer. The bus company informed me that the bus will not run any evening trips today. I request a refund. And a reasonable explanation.

No route introduction, buying tickets on traveloka is like buying a ticket illegally, priority is given to customers who buy tickets directly, many tall trees are not trimmed, cars run and swipe in the eyes, dangerous

There is no welcome from Tour leader to all guests... we just take the seats by ourselves. There is no any information from any person. It like to take a bus tour At least, there is a person say hello to all guests, introduce shortly and guide us how to use earphone to get information. In addition, the provided information quite simple, as a saigonese i think we have more thing to share with tourist. Lastly, the tour should have more opts 2hrs or 2.5 hrs to visit more places

Luckily, I went when the weather was nice and cool. The departure was on time too. The car ran safely even though I went at 6:00 PM, rush hour, and the road was very crowded. A great experience that I think I might bring my family to experience next time.

The bus left on time, however there was no schedule or headphones given to passengers to let them know where they were going. The bus did not go up to Thu Thiem bridge and it was a bit dangerous when the bus went close to the church, causing the tree to hit a passenger sitting on the second floor.

I am late but still supported to take the next flight, here I have the right to be late but maximum the next flight from the flight I booked but within the specified time frame.

We chose night time so we could see the lights from buildings and ships passing by on the river. Visit several famous spots such as the war remains museum. Just need to be careful not to get hit by low tree branches.

It was raining that day, but on the car there were conical hats, headphones, and raincoats. It was quite fun.
