The most exciting and impressive tour guide, no flaws, 10/10, starting from the clarity of the schedule, the friendliness of the guide, the speedboat is good, the lunch box is according to the request and delicious, next time if I want to go to Labuan Bajo I will use a tour guide from East Cruise 🥰 Oh yes, the first destination is Padar Island (tracking, so you must prepare energy, hats, glasses because it is quite hot), continue to Pink Beach (beautiful, clear, even on the shore there are small fish), continue to Komodo Island (yes, I found 6 Komodo dragons), continue to Manta Point (luckily I found 2 really big manta rays), then I forgot, lol, anyway, I arrived at the hotel around 5 pm (btw, it includes pick up and drop off at the hotel so it was safe), an exciting experience 😎 Hopefully next time I can take another trip to Labuan Bajo 🥰

We had a lovely day with East Tours in the Komodo Islands Reserve. It was well organised, the staff was pleasant, the locations one in a million. Got to see Komodo dragons on the island and manta rays while snorkeling! The lunch was probably my only disappointment, it was prepackaged and not that appealing but the trip was wonderful.

highly recommend this tour, the service is really good, very good, security for safety is guaranteed, very safe, helped with photos and brought the phone so it doesn't get wet because from the boat down to the sea then to the sandy beach which is not wide, taught to swim so as not to panic, every time we panic always remind not to panic so this is practice before we go into the sea which is quite deep to see manta points, friendly, humble, very helpful, on time. Visiting Labuan Bajo was truly an unforgettable experience. Top favorite is Pink Beach, the sands with a unique rosy hue felt magical, and the crystal clear water made it perfect for swimming and relaxing. For those who love the underwater world, Labuan Bajo is a dream come true. This destination is perfect for anyone who loves the ocean, adventure, and natural beauty. Labuan Bajo has everything – from pink-tinted beaches and pristine reefs to the serene island atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Highly recommend it as a must-visit in Indonesia! 🌊🐠🏝️🌞🧴

The tour itself was quite fun and the arrangement was on time. Some younger staff at the boat were very nice, polite, offered us taking pictures underwater, helped charging my lowbatt cameras, and even accompanied my kid swimming happily. But other staff was unfriendly and said rude things to children because they were considered truoblesome. If the staff can't calm the kid down, it's better not to talk. After the tour was over and we arrived at the port, the staff who were in charge of arranging passenger transportation told us to walk to the hotel. They said it was close to the pier, even though it was drizzling (raining) that afternoon and they saw me with three small children (one was a toddler) and I also brought a lot of luggage. I have no problem walking to the hotel. But they should've been more thoughtful that small kids were must be tired after the exhausting trip. After I confirmed and asked to take us back to hotel by car, the staff then called the driver saying "The guest didn't want to walk".

We chose GOLD TORANI BOAT/EAST CRUISE KOMODO and we had the best time ever. Our main boat guides were great they were called ARIS, and JOE they were so helpful. We saw komodo dragons and manta's, we climbed padar island, and swam at pink beach. We also loved the stop at taka makassar sand bank swam with baby black tip sharks wow! Can't recommend enough this boat and this crew, see u again soon Mick and Chi Chi

We were the only locals out of 30-ish people on our group (finally felt as minority in ur own country). There's additional fee of 250k each for local and 650k for foreigner per person for entrance to the port. Our boat was New Hope 9. The crews were super helpful, kuddos to Mas Van (who offered to take lots of pictures for us w/o prompt, showed the right spot to take picture in Pulau Padar as in the Rp 50k currency and made sure I safely hiked to the highest Pos and then down) and Mas Aris (who did all the swimming while pulling me at the last spot of Kanawa Island so I can fully enjoy the snorkelling experience w/o much effort).

​If you only have one day in Labuan Bajo and love snorkeling, this itinerary is fantastic! It includes three excellent snorkeling stops directly from the boat. Just keep in mind that it might not be ideal for young children who aren't comfortable with snorkeling.
