Staff who picking up was so helpful, he come early from pickup time and we manage to arrived early as well. The transport used was so clean, and very comfortable as well. Its only 5 of us for a van for 14.. imagine how comfy we are.. overall i would give 9/10 for this trip.

Nice experience. Make sure you take plenty of carrots & bananas to feed the animals. This package does not have a guide but just a driver. Food court has nice food for lunch. If you want to do everything it will take a few days

The schedule is too tight. Most of the shows starts at 2pm onwards. But we have to leave at 2pm. Can’t even enjoy one of the show. Really waste of money. And we do not have the chance of feeding animals. Everything is rush and tired. And the car is not comfortable to sit. Very bad experiences of this trip.

it is fun and really worth it. the driver will text you in advance and they arrived 30 mins earlier to wait for you. booking through traveloka is the cheapest option for privte tour as compared to other online booking system. really recommended. will always use traveloka to book for anything even transportation and airport transfer
