When we arrived at Sanur harbor, we were picked up late, no one called or WA at all. I had to actively call first, when we called, they said the driver was parked in a traffic jam, but we waited for 15 minutes and he didn't come. It took half an hour to arrive. It was already late, but the driver drove the car really fast, and the itinerary didn't match the one listed on Traveloka, the reason was that it was far away, it would be useless. So we just followed it, we lost our mood, but we still had a conscience, by giving tips. Please, if you open a business like this, don't damage customer trust.
