The trip was quite disappointing for me. First, regarding the pick-up location, I wasn't told where I would be picked up, even though I mentioned I was staying in Sunset Town. They only said they would pick me up between 8:30 and 8:45 PM right outside my hotel. When it was time for pickup, the driver contacted me and said they couldn't come down the hill to pick me up. I suggested I walk to the seashell fountain near the proposal area, but the driver didn't confirm that clearly. When I arrived, they told me they were standing at the fountain near the clock tower and told me to go back up. Their tone was very grumpy and unpleasant, and they even made me wait because "I didn't specify the pick-up point," while the driver went to pick up other customers. The tour guide was cheerful and normal during the island tour. However, the shrimp and oysters for lunch on Island 1 were very cold, practically freezing. The shrimp didn't seem fresh anymore. The omelet was extremely thin. After lunch, I had a slight stomach ache (it was better because I had eaten hot soup beforehand), while my friend couldn't eat the fish hotpot and soup, and after eating shrimp and oysters, she vomited on Island 2, which prevented her from swimming on Island 3 and forced her to stay on Island 2 to recover. Considering the cost of over 700k VND and this experience, I advise everyone to buy a tour without lunch. The food was truly terrible.
