The staff in Indonesia are responsive and quick to answer WA. The tour guide in Bangkok is also communicative and has extensive knowledge about Bangkok. The hotel where we stayed at Thomson was also nice and spacious, the breakfast was also delicious. The transportation is good and very satisfied.
