The tour was scheduled to visit Bai Dinh and Trang An, departing at 4 PM to return to Hanoi, but they arbitrarily added my family to the group going to Mua Cave. I had to sit at a cafe waiting for others to finish their trip and come back. I paid to go on a trip and have fun, not to wander around waiting for others to finish their trip and come back.

The tour guide, Tran Anh, is very friendly. We had a good trip and come back Hanoi on time at 8pm

Our guide, TA, was very organized and enthusiastic. The sites we visited were wonderful so this tour was really worth it! Trang An boat tour was magical but 2 hrs can be quite too long. Lunch menu was not much to our liking, but had good halal options.

The tour company provided attentive contact and guidance before and after the trip. They answered my questions immediately. I will definitely book another tour with them if I have the opportunity.

Everything went really well. The staff (especially Mr. Timber) were very informative and helpful, and they explained everything clearly. The food was also delicious, and the whole experience was so fun.

Bai Dinh Pagoda is very big and beautiful. However, I was impressed with Trang An because of its wonderful scenery. A few things about the tour: The tour guide picked me up on time and was enthusiastic. The lunch was delicious.

The tour was ok everyone. The car picked up on time, about 30 seats, spacious, with charging sockets at each seat. The schedule was quite reasonable, the tour guide was enthusiastic, the food was ok. The electric car fee in Bai Dinh was 100k/person, there were no additional charges.

Mr Linh was very kind, but unfortunately the boat trip did not go through the caves due to the effects of the typhoon and weather.

Ruby as the tour guide was very cheerful and accomodating. The whole trip was fun but very rushed (as expected for a 1 day trip). The whole service was in english (and vietnamese). The buffet was really good and they also provide bottled water in the bus. Def will recommend this to friends!
