I had a great experience with the tour. Tour guide Tu has quite good English, is funny and enthusiastic. The tour goes according to schedule and on time. Buffet is delicious and clean. The only thing I really want to comment on is that at the end of the trip when taking everyone back to the hotel, he told the foreign guests that they had to send a tip to the driver because of his hard work. However, he only spoke this part in English, not Vietnamese, and his foreign friend sent a tip to the driver. You don't understand how to use money because you just arrived in Vietnam, so you give 10,000 VND, and when you get off the bus, the driver sends it back. This action was quite strange and my friend was disappointed in Vietnamese culture. The tour guide said 'the tip you give comes from the bottom of your heart'. So if you give 10,000 VND and don't receive it but give it back, is the value of money more important than the heart? We should review how to promote tourism culture because it affects the whole country. And personally, the tour guide deserves a tip more than the driver!
