I bought 4 tickets and have utilised 3. How can I get refund for the unused ticket?

I use it from Osaka for a day trip to Nara, Kobe, and Kyoto. It doesn't cover city buses in those 3 cities. So this Kansai Railway Pass is not optimal. It's more economical to use Icoca.
