The app's rupiah exchange rate is much cheaper than buying directly at the ticket counter. We went to the counter and checked the ticket price, and the exchange rate was around 500,000 Rupiah. The app only costs 355,000 Rupiah. It's best to book via an app like this.

The Sindo officer quickly helped us with our cabin luggage and said, "It's okay, ma'am, just take it slow." It also happened to be raining heavily at the time. So, being told that made me feel a little more at ease. They were concerned about the elderly and children who couldn't walk fast and the slippery road to the ship was slippery.
