The bus is actually good, but the ticket exchange is confusing. Traveloka provides a QR code but the bus counter doesn't need the QR code and there must be another booking code that is not on Traveloka, we have to wait for another party to contact us to give us another booking code. But in reality yesterday on the day and it was close to departure time, the bus company also didn't follow me and finally everyone was confused looking for the code. Plus the language barrier made it even more confusing. And what's even worse is that I got the lower rear cabin which had a smaller cabin size than the middle cabin. During the 6 hour trip I had to bend my legs or occasionally put my legs out into the aisle so I wouldn't get cramps. Other than that, it's okay, the bus is good, the cabin is good, but the exchange process is a bit complicated and if possible, the lower rear cabin should not be sold or for small children or women with small bodies. I'm 180cm and I was quite tortured during the trip
