It was a painful experience booking with Traveloka.My booking confirmation wasnt captured in their system.They have to do a lot of calling and I had to go through the agony and waited for about 15-30min before they finally accepted me on board the ferry.My confirmation voucher from Traveloka was issued accordingly through my app and email but I dont understand why there were no booking shown in Angel Billabong system???I dont think I will book any of my future booking with Traveloka as I never encounter this issue with any other platform.

If I were you, I'd rather just buy it directly. Buying from Traveloka is complicated, unlike buying plane tickets. We have to contact the agent first. Those who want to process the ticket printing are confused after I give them the booking code.
