If unclear, just approach the staff and they are really patient and helpful. Train carts are clean and comfy to ride. Will purchase pass in future travel.

All staff were polite, patient and really helpful. Really convinient way to travel in Japan. Train carts were clean as well

The vendor is very fast in the JR Pass delivery process This JR Pass can only be used 6 times for Reserved Seats independently at the machine I did the exchange at Shin Osaka, while for seat reservations at Shin Osaka, it is in the East Gate area
