When I left, the car was not on time - it was 30 minutes late. I had chosen the earliest schedule, which was at 5:30 AM. But, we ended up departing at 6:00 a.m. However, the service was excellent. The car was cool, clean and only half full - perhaps because I travelled on Sunday. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and responded quickly to my WhatsApp message when I inquired about available ATMs at the destination. Definitely recommended.

The driver picks up on time, the garage supports enthusiastically. It's so disappointing that the traveloka app can't choose the time to go, wasting time calling for support.
