I was already on the bus before it departed, but unfortunately, my name was not listed with the driver. It seems the travel agent forgot to include my name in the manifest. As a result, I had to leave the bus. I tried contacting the travel agent, but I only received a response about 30 minutes later—by then, the bus had already departed. Fortunately, the travel agent arranged for me a taxi or Grab to the destination at no additional cost. I really appreciate the solution, although I ended up losing about an hour of time. I hope this kind of issue can be avoided in the future. Thank you.
