The ferry we booked was already full, we had to deal with the contact provided on the app. The woman managed to get us to another provider. That one was also already booked out, only option was to wait another hour for the next ferry. We expect to have a seat when we book and pay with this app!

I took the El Rey fast boat. The staff at the location were very friendly and the ticket redemption process was very fast.
