Each seat had a life jacket under it. Easy to get onto the boat in Sanur. Water was choppy in Penida port, so it was tricky getting off the boat. Pls hang onto rails for balance and safety. Staff are there to help

The boat was clean but crowded. Understandable because it’s high season in Bali. Sit in the middle of the boat for stability.

We went to Nusa Penida on 26 December, high season in Bali, so it was very busy. We were politely asked to wait in a cafe nearby until called. Then we were issued with a specific coloured tag on a lanyard and sent to the waiting room at the new building in the port’. Comfortable but crowded. There was a felt in leaving, as a result. Trip on the boat was stable and fast

Boarding time was not according to the time...it should have left at 5 pm but it left at 5 am, waiting in the hot country again
