This is really helpful for going to Singapore, with the right price and easy access. After getting off the plane, exiting the airport through the MRT gate, you can immediately print this card, so it's not complicated.

At T3 for MRT rides, there's a special machine, which is fun; just scan. If you're buying more than one ticket, don't forget to scroll through the PDF first, as one ticket is worth one QR code. Very useful for worry-free travel.

Don't worry about unlimited ride of MRT and buses (main transportation of Singapore).

It's easy and simple, also cheaper compared to buying it by travel.

If you travel a lot, you should buy this ticket, it's quite economical, you don't have to worry about top-up like ez link. Normally, it's 30 dollars per trip, about 1.5-2 dollars for MRT or bus, it's similar. Ezlink is used for the last 2 days to go back and forth. If you stay in the center, it costs about 2-2.5 dollars for a round trip, about 5 dollars is enough to run out of ezlink card money. Using the tourist pass for the remaining 2 days is quite convenient, traveling without any additional costs if you take MRT or bus.

Great experience, it was easy and useful, especially when you're on a short trip. Easy to redeem, no need to be scared of running out of balance.

The ticket exchange process uses a machine, fill it in the country of origin then the barcode comes out and in the destination country just scan it, tap tap bus and MTR is also no loss.

Don’t purchase this. First, the title is misleading. You can’t pick this up from the airport. Next, i tried to pick this up from a singtel shop as mentioned, waited in line just to be told by the staff that they dont have available stock there and need to go to another branch. Imagine the hassle. I wasted my time finding where and how to redeedm this sim. In the end, i wasnt able to redeem because I only stayed for 3 days. And when reported to traveloka, they won’t refund.

The tourist pass can be redeemed through the redemption machine located at the Changi Airport MRT station. If you take the escalator down to the MRT station from the airport, the redemption machine will be on your right-hand side. Redemption process was simple and easy. You can use the tourist pass for all the MRT lines, bus lines, and so forth, so you can actually save a lot of money if you plan to use public transportation around the city frequently.

Very convenient and fast to use. Finding the counter to exchange the train card is very easy.

Buying the card is very easy on the app, receiving the voucher via email almost immediately. Using the voucher to get the physical card at Changi airport in just a few steps. Very satisfied :) P/S: this pass card after expiration will become a regular EZLink card and can continue to be used the next time you go to Singapore, just need to top up more money to the card :)
