get the room which is the best view ...

The room was problematic: the water couldn't get hot, the tv was cracked, the ceiling in the bathroom partly ripped. The breakfast options were limited and taste was so so and the overall experience seemed bland. We expected more from 5-stars hotel

A hotel that is right for a short break from the hustle and bustle of the city ... If you choose a room starting with the premium type, you can get a day bed for you to relax with your family with a super beautiful view, you can enjoy sunrise or sunset here. The rooms are super spacious, comfortable, there is a bathtub that the kids will love. Separation of shower, toilet and bathtub makes this room super comfortable ... Swimming pool is a favorite place for children, even though during this pandemic the water is cold, the view is no less beautiful ... Breakfast has started to dine in, but divided by the batch of hours , the restaurant does not pile up and we can eat comfortably, and safely. The choice of food although limited but tastes good. What is lacking is just a bad smell from the toilet in the bathroom, please fix it. Overall we love to stay here and we'll definitely back here again!

door locked broken, the roof above the bathroom is rather open, the staff service is not friendly. and I left behind the earphones and the charger for the phone watch 3 times, it will be checked into housekeeping but haven't been informed either. customer satisfaction is not hotel's priority.
