The quality is okay. Occasionally, you need to restart the device to get a network connection when moving to a different country.

The SIM card occasionally has a weak or intermittent signal.

My family member bought 4G and it almost couldn't load since the first time he inserted the SIM in Malaysia. He restarted the phone many times but it was still the same. Because of limited access and not knowing how to record the screen, he accepted to lose money and bought another local SIM to use.

The sim runs smoothly, you can use it right after landing, the network is stable, I have some blocked spots so the network is weaker. Overall, the experience is satisfactory.

The support service is quite good, when there is a problem, just text and they resolve it very promptly and ok.

4GB not worked. Gohub’s CS had tried to fix it but not helped. Got stuck in the airport for 2 hours because of this, at the end had to purchase another sim at the airport. I asked Gohub to refund or give me a new e-sim but no response. Such a bad experience for me.

Sim works well, can play games comfortably

The network is sometimes a bit unstable when in Singapore and sometimes when entering the hotel room it cannot connect. But sometimes it is very strong and can be shared with many people mainly to search maps or information about some places...when arriving in Batam (Indonesia) it is very strong. The SIM automatically changes the area code.

The sim bandwidth seems to be limit, therefore the speed is not so good

I ordered a sim card to receive at the airport. Since I had an early flight, I called the support number to check if I could receive it on time and the support said ok. When I arrived, I found out that the airport receptionist didn't start working until 7:30 so I couldn't receive the sim card.

Can't catch signal. The network is unstable, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, so I had to change to another SIM card bought in Bali.

The sim I bought to use in Bali was quite weak and lost signal in many places. I ordered the sim to receive at the airport but in the end I had to book a Grab which cost more to deliver to the company because the airport shop only opens at 7:30am so please pay attention to this information.
