Great service. We completed the end-to-end process right from check-in, immigration, and security check in 30 minutes and reached the boarding gates.

The staff had a bit of an attitude, probably because it was too crowded. They didn't hold a sign, but told the customer that they did, why didn't they see it? They provided the documents and entered them incorrectly, so they turned around and asked the customer. I bought the service, not asked for it, but the staff's attitude made me quite uncomfortable.
