This is my first time traveling abroad so I was very confused about using esim. But Gohub supported and guided me very quickly via zalo, thank you guys. I bought a 2G/day package so I could use it comfortably, strong and stable, and when I arrived at KL airport I could use it right away.

Followed the instructions and it did not work very well. Had to contact them twice. No google maps for a couple days and very inconvenient. Wouldn’t want to use this again

There was a problem when I tried to activate my e-sim but luckily Traveloka were helpful and it works 👍🏻

The internet is fast and reliable

Basically 1gb daily just enough for you to do Google map for whole day. And sometimes I tracked it with data usage, only about 800mb then quota finish. Not sure if it date usage not accurate enough. Overall the esim serve it purpose!

The internet is good and easy to use. No need to change SIM cards. Can be used anywhere. Suitable for short, easy trips.
