It turns out it's not 24 hours as stated on Traveloka. You must have an international flight boarding pass because it's located inside the airport.
Customer service from both Traveloka and the airport couldn't be reached. And there are no refunds for the purchase. So unless the passenger...

Staff is super helpful. Seat & Table are spacious. Comfortable place to take a rest and charge the phone. There is a praying room which is plus point. Food variety could be more. Toilet looks old.
