The eSIM provider was very responsive when I requested the QR code, which I truly appreciated and would highly recommend. The eSIM covers both Hong Kong and Southeast Asia regions; however, due to the Hong Kong routing, some apps such as TikTok were not accessible, even though they are normally available in Indonesia. This is something users should be aware of before purchasing.

I registered for the SIM card on December 6th. I traveled from Vietnam to Indonesia at 8 PM on December 5th. At the airport, I set up the SIM card in my phone so I would have internet access upon arrival. When I bought the SIM card, there was no mention that it would only be valid from 00:00 to 24:00 from the registration date. Upon arriving in Indonesia, I couldn't use it at all. When I tried to contact them, I was told the SIM had expired, even though I registered for it on December 6th. A terrible experience.

The speed is quite good, getting to the airport and turning on roaming gets 4 hours straight, past Nusa Penida, the coastal area has 4 hours and the forest roads sometimes don't.
