It went great. I arrived and someone was waiting for me right where they were supposed to be. That person was holding a sign with my name on it. When I approached I was shown the way to a very short immigration line. It went smoothly and I was through immigration within minutes. The other lines were extremely long and it took hours for the other passengers to get through.

Amazing experience, very fast response. Staffs are friendly. Very cheap than anyone in Vietnam.

The system at the international airport of Tan Son Nat was down so we did have to wait server our officer was professional and we felt well taken care of

Upon entering Vietnam, there were people waiting to greet me. However, upon departing Vietnam, contacting staff was difficult because there was no office to contact. It was just a meeting point, so I had to wait for staff to come to me, and I couldn't schedule a time.

No need to queue for long periods, and you'll be out of the immigration area in less than 5 minutes. The admin who contacted you via WhatsApp was also informative, providing information about the meeting point. The officers were also quick to respond, but the language barrier was limited. They don't even understand English, so it's best to use Google Translate for Vietnamese.

The VIP Fast Track service is a game changer. We were swiftly escorted through the business class x-ray and immigration, all done in less than 10 minutes. Without it, we would’ve been stuck in the regular line for almost an hour or sometime more. Worth every penny—money really talks!

As promised, the officer waited while holding our names, escorted us to a special queue, passed the officer without being checked, less than 10 minutes, finished.
