Really good purchase, worth the try. Best for people who do not like to queue or have trouble waiting (older, with kids, physically not abled, sick). Someone will contact via WhatsApp right after the purchase, instruction is clear. Queuing time is a lot shorter than the regular line. I was very lucky, when I landed the regular queue was long but not as long as I saw online. I believe the regular queue could take about 1-1.5 hours (based on the time I landed), but with the pass, I cleared immigration in 10 minutes.

definitely worth it.. we arrived in the afternoon and the queque for non fast track lanes was nightmare. we would probably have had to spend two hours standing before reaching immigration.. btw, the different between standard and premium is that on premium vip fast track guests are directed to the shortest priority lane and assisted with baggage claim... hope it helps!

The staff was waiting for me. Guided me to the correct lane to queue. I took lesser than 5 min to pass the custom instead of 2 hours which I have experienced it in my last month's trip

You need to follow the instructions in the voucher provided to you in the email - suggest that the instructions are put in the description BEFORE the customer purchases (e.g after purchasing, there will be 1 email sent to you to provide the contact. Please contact ...). Otherwise, the services are very quick and efficient.

The queue at Vietnamese immigration was very long, and only a few counters were open. The estimated wait time was between 1 and 3 hours. The VIP Fast Track service is very helpful for those of us who need to hurry. There are two services: standard and VIP. The standard service still had a queue of about one line (when I arrived), while the VIP service went straight to the office. (When I returned, I requested VIP because my flight was tight.)

Arrival: The officer will show your name in front of the immigration office and open the gate for you to the fast line. Departure, you can go to E F gate check in and you will see the staff carry the list waiting for you and take you to the immigration office.

It works - greeted before immigration and taken past through fast lane and accompanied through to exit as well. Passing the customs.
