The QR code notification took a while to send, but the admin staff was always responsive, informative, and helpful. It was easy to use, and the signal was quite good throughout my time in Japan.

This is my first time using an e-SIM for a trip to Japan. The purchase process was very fast. Activation only requires scanning the QR code in the e-SIM menu. The signal is very good, and there is no need for complicated physical SIM exchanges.

The instructions are vague, the chat is all auto-reply and no one gives the sim, the messages are all in Indonesian, I chatted with traveloka support but no one supported me and it ended, no sim, can't use it, have to spend money to buy another sim. Bad. I recommend people to use traveloka a lot but this is the first time I've had such a bad experience buying a sim. I'll probably reconsider.

E-sim can be used, there are no problems.
