I just bought it yesterday to use for 7 days in Malaysia. yesterday it was working fine, but since today I can't use it anymore.

Could only use for 1 day then stopped working after having trouble installing the esim. Horrible experience. The worst thing is when I found out my friend got an esim from a different company with the same price, but unlimited data

When I arrived in Malaysia, I spent hours trying to scan the barcode. I couldn't use this esim. Where can I buy the 5GB one? When I called, the phone didn't pick up and the response was very late via dmig. Finally, I had to buy another esim at the airport. and the refund for this purchase is also said that the cs can't do it, even though it's not the customer's fault if the barcode e.g. can't do it. I think it's good javamifi until I still want to use the passport to go to other countries later, but the experience to Malaysia is really bad, this is the first experience, so I really regret it.
