Front desk staff were good. They did not initially know how to redeem the app vouchers, which gave me some cause for concern because I had never booked anything before with the app. After several minutes, the two women figured it out, and we were admitted to the lounge area. The food was good, and the lounge had enough staff to keep food dishes from piling up. Good charging ports for every chair.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was incredibly good with many varieties. The shower was very clean with complete amenities.
