I can't log in! The product description isn't detailed, and Traveloka doesn't offer a solution. I feel cheated!

Say gak bisa masuk! Desktipsi produk tidak detail, dan lagi traveloka ga ada solusinya, merasa tertipu! 

The food variety is plentiful, delicious, and regularly refilled.

Variasi makanan banyak, enak, dan rajin di-refill.

It was really easy to redeem and enjoy the lounge! I am using the 3-hour service and it’s good enough to have a break a little and enjoy some drinks & food there! Worth to try~

The lounge itself is fine. But the advertisement claims that the price includes massage & private sleeping suites which, according to the staff here, are NOT included in the rate. Please made the proper corrections/update. 

An uncomfortable experience ,don’t recommend 

nice ambience, great staff, but variance menu of buffet should improved. but overall nice place.
